Summary

Large new residential property set on approximately 6.5 acres (2.63 hectares) which presented an exciting opportunity to create a diverse and harmonious outdoor environment. The project began with a thorough site assessment to evaluate existing topography, soil conditions, and sunlight exposure. A master plan was developed, incorporating a blend of functional gardens, recreational spaces, and agricultural areas.

Soft landscaping elements such as expansive lawns, flower beds, and strategically placed trees enhance the beauty and ecological diversity of the property. In addition, hard landscaping features like pathways, patios, and outdoor living areas were designed to connect various zones while providing functional outdoor spaces for gatherings and relaxation.

Integrating agricultural land into the design allowed for the possibility of vegetable gardens or orchards, promoting sustainability and self-sufficiency. Water features, decorative elements, and wildlife-friendly habitats can be incorporated to enrich the landscape. Overall, the result was a stunning and multifunctional outdoor space that balances aesthetics, functionality, and environmental stewardship, creating a serene retreat for the future homeowners and a vibrant ecosystem.
